Crust:
1/4 cup softened butter
6 Tbsp granular sweetener
1/2 egg, beaten
1/2 cup fine almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
splash of vanilla
dash of sea salt
Filling:
1 to 1 1/2cip pecan halves
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup caramel @choczero syrup
6Tbsp brown sweetener
2 1/2Tbsp butter, melted & cooled slightly
dash of sea salt
1. Mix the items for the crust together
2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a small, parchment paper-lined baking dish.
3. Mix the items for the filling together
4. Pour into the crust and bake at 350 for 45 to one hour, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
5. Let cool completely, cover, and let rest (preferably overnight) before slicing into pieces.
